New- still factory sealed in the original package 

condition:  Figure is excellent, still sealed in the package and retains original mint condition as witnessed threw bubble.  The card has some minor shelf wear, mainily small corner bends on the bottom and a price sticker.  The bubble has some crinkling along the top and pinched corners, otherwise minor wear.
