new - still factory sealed in the original package

condition: figure has never been removed and retains his original mint condition.  Bubble is nice and clear with no yellowing as showcased in photo with a few corner crushes and pinches to the right side.  The card does have a major crease threw the middle above the bubble edge as well as significant creases ot the top portion.  Still displays very nicely and this is one of the more difficult vintage figures to find still sealed in his package
