*This figure was released on a few different card and package styles.  The first was a black background with a photo of the character, this one, the second, was a tardis rainbow card, and then finally on both style blue cards, traditional and 'skinny blue'

NEW - still factory sealed in the original package

Condition: Overall a very nice piece with great condition card and bubble. bright colors, no fading and no discoloring.  clear bubble still completely sealed around all edges. no rips, no tears, no markings, no price sticker, very minor shelf wear
